The New FDA-listed PAMSys

We are excited to announce the release of a new version of our PAMSysTM wearable sensor for precision actigraphy. PAMSys is intended to be used as a single, lightweight, wearable sensor for continuous monitoring of physical activity. It uses advanced signal processing algorithms to monitor body postures, postural transitions and walking parameters during activities of daily living.

PAMSys measures 20 independant parameters of physical activity, as well as the time stamps, and duration of each step, providing unparalleled capabilities for monitoring physical activity and ambulation during everyday life. It also provides state of the art capabilities including 6 weeks of battery life and raw sensor data storage. The PAMSys sensor also features a 3D accelerometer, a separate 9-axis IMU, an altimeter, and dual microphones, enabling comprehensive and high-resolution data collection.

PAMSys is listed with the FDA as a Class II medical device, and has a medical CE mark under both the authority of MDR 2017/745 and the Medicines & Healthcare product Regulatory Agency (MHRA), allowing its use in global clinical trials and studies. PAMSys has already been used in more than 100 clinical studies and trials, including collecting the secondary or primary endpoint in over 10 trials.
