Continuous monitoring of gait and mobility during activities of daily living

A single ankle-worn sensor that precisely detects individual steps and measures detailed gait metrics — stride duration, stride length, and walking velocity — continuously during everyday life, for up to 3 months on a single charge.

Clinical gait assessments capture only a snapshot of mobility during a brief clinic visit — often in controlled environments that don't reflect real-world walking. Patients may perform differently at home, where terrain, fatigue, medication timing, and daily routines all affect gait. PAMSys Gait provides a continuous, ecologically valid window into how patients actually move during daily life, revealing patterns and changes that episodic clinical evaluations miss.
